All natural processing is dried within the fruit to exhibit the fullest bodied coffee and the most exotic taste as well. Other coffees are graded at the highest level and wet processed. Others are milled and processed, and hand-sorted. Some of these coffees certified shade grown, Fair Trade, and organic. Since we are custom roasters, we have chosen to develop this custom-roasting product for the many, many customers who love our medium/dark roasts.
